You may be asked to provide your personal information anytime you are in contact with Depot Team. Depot and its affiliates may share this personal information with each other and use it consistent with this Privacy Policy. You are not required to provide the personal information that we have requested, but if you chose not to do so, in many cases we will not be able to provide you with our services or respond to any queries you may have.
Confidentiality
All information disclosed by you to Depot will be deemed “Confidential Information”. In particular, without limiting the foregoing in any way, Confidential Information will be deemed to include any trade secret, technical data or know how, process, technique, algorithm, program, design, drawing, formula, test data, projection, strategy, business plan, or method (including, but not limited to, sequence of steps) relating in any way to any of the disclosing party’s research projects, works in process, future developments, present or future products or services, suppliers, partners, affiliates, employees, investors, whether or not such information was disclosed in oral, written, graphic or electronic form.
We shall use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of evaluating a possible business relationship or for such activities. We shall not use the Confidential Information for any other purpose and shall not disclose or disseminate in any way any of the Confidential Information to third parties.
Depot, along with the team, maintains complete security, privacy and secrecy of your information deemed confidential.
Our employees shall not, whether during the course of their employment or after its termination for whatever reason, use, disclose or distribute to any person or entity, otherwise than as necessary for the proper performance of their duties and responsibilities under this agreement, or as required by law, any confidential information, messages, data or trade secrets acquired by the employee in the course of performing their services under this agreement.

How we use your personal information
We may process your personal information: for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, with your consent, for compliance with a legal obligation to which Depot is subject, for the performance of a contract to which you are party, in order to protect your vital interests, or when we have assessed it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Depot or a third party to whom it may be necessary to disclose information.
Third Party
We may collect, process your user ID associated with any social media account (such as your LinkedIn account) that you use to sign in to the Services or connect with or use with the Services. When you sign in to your account with your social media account information, or otherwise connect to your social media account with the Services, you consent to our collection, storage, and use, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, of the information that you choose to make available to us through the social media interface. This could include, without limitation, any information that you have made public in connection with your social media account, information that the social media service shares with us, or information that is disclosed as being shared during the sign-in process. We may also obtain information about you if it is contained in user-generated content that other users post to or on our Services. For example, a user could include information about you in a review they post.

This site may contain links to other sites. Depot is not responsible for loss, misuse, and/or alteration of information, the privacy practices or the content of such websites.
It may be necessary − by law, legal process, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence − for Depot to disclose your personal information. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate. We may also disclose information about you, but only where there is a lawful basis for doing so, if we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our terms and conditions or protect our operations or users. Depot takes the security of your personal information very seriously. When you use some Depot services, or post on a Depot forum, chat room, or social networking service, the personal information and content you share is visible to other users and can be read, collected, or used by them.
